Hocking Hills Rose Lake Engagement Session

 

He snuggled her close and whispered something in her ear that made her laugh. The wind was blowing with a couple little rain drops coming from the clouds, but that didn’t bother them. They wrapped arms around each other and snuggled in closer. Her smile slowly got bigger and more vibrant as she squeezed him tighter. You could feel the love between them and I was lucky enough to capture it. The cloudy sky at Rose Lake didn’t diminish their infectious laughter and energy.

 

We had been planning this day for a very long time and we were all so excited it was here. The weather had other plans, but we didn’t let that keep us from having a good time. The wind perfectly tossed Jennifer’s hair and provided gorgeous movement in the photos.   Jennifer wore a beautiful deep pink lace dress that was to die for. Everything about this dress I adored and it made her and William pop off the fall background of the lake. Towards the end of the session, we grabbed their two doggies and they were adorable. They had been waiting for their turn to run and be in front of the camera and they did not disappoint.

 

Jennifer and William, I had so much fun photographing your engagement session and getting to know you two better. Scott and I can’t wait to see you again in Marietta for your wedding!! I hope the months go by quickly so we get to see each other again soon!   Thank you so much for braving the wind and some rain for your session. Rose Lake was beautiful and you two made it even more beautiful by being there!
